At the end of February, BCS exhibited for the first time at SME MINEXCHANGE, a large event in the metal mining industry, held in Denver. After walking the show last year, this was an exciting opportunity to introduce our solutions to a new audience and build fresh connections.
BCS supplies polyacrylates which function as dispersants in mining slurries, improving particle stability and efficiency in mineral and metal processing. These same chemistries also play a key role in industrial water treatment, preventing scaling and optimizing system performance (and can be combined with our biocide product line to ensure clean industrial water).
The event brought together a diverse mix of suppliers, operators, and technical experts. Conversations centered on optimizing slurry management, the role of polyacrylates as antiscalants, and the lay of the land in metal processing. It was great to engage with industry leaders who were knowledgeable, open, and eager to explore innovative solutions.
As first-time exhibitors, we appreciated the opportunity to connect with a new network of professionals and showcase how dispersant technology enhances mining efficiency. SME MINEXCHANGE 2025 was a valuable experience, and BCS looks forward to building on these new relationships and supporting the industry’s evolving needs.
