Jaylen has been an important part of the BCS team for nearly three years, bringing a strong work ethic to his role as a lead operator in our polymer plant. His hard work, dependability, and good sense of humor make him a great teammate and a pleasure to work with. It’s clear that the pride he takes in his work doesn’t go unnoticed—especially at home. For the past three years, his son has dressed up as a BCS employee for career day, proudly following in his dad’s footsteps. We’re lucky to have Jaylen on the team and grateful for everything he does to help keep operations running smoothly.
